In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Herzlich Willkommen in Tittmoning,einer idyllischen Kleinstadt an der Salzach.Der Leitgeringer See ist 5 Autominuten entfernt.Die 66qm große neue Wohnung liegt fußläufig von der historischen Altstadt und ist sehr ruhig gelegen (Sackgasse). Es handelt sich um einen Neubau (Hanghaus), der Garten ist noch nicht komplett fertiggestellt.Wenn Euch das nicht stört, dann freuen wir uns sehr auf Euch. Für Verpflegung ist durch Supermärkte, einer Metzgerei, mehrere Bäcker, sowie Restaurants gesorgt.

Die Sonnige, helle Einliegerwhg. liegt im EG auf der SW-Seite eines Bio-Holzhauses mit Holzveranda zur Süd-u. Westseite, mit Außensitzplätzen und einem dazugehörigen eigenen Garten. In der gemütlichen Atmosphäre des Holzhauses mit gesundem Raumklima u. ruhiger Lage können Sie sich wohlfühlen und erholen. Die Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche kann zu einem weiteren Einzel- od. Doppelbett umgewandelt werden ( 2m mal 2m). Zusätzlich auf Wunsch ist ein Babybett u. ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung.

Hütte am Wald. Salzkammergut

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch und haben bestimmt die passenden Ausflugstipps für Euch bereit!

Wir bieten eine 50 qm große Wohnung mit Bergblick an! Wir wohnen hier sehr abgelegen und ruhig also der perfekte Ort um mal richtig abzuschalten! Das Strandbad in Taching und Tengling sind jeweils ca. 2km entfernt. Sie dürfen gerne Ihre Haustiere mitnehmen wie sie auf den Bildern sehen haben wir selbst welche. Wir freuen uns auf Ihr kommen! Unser neu renoviertes Appartement befindet sich in einem historischen Gutshof am Fuße des Kapuzinerbergs und ist nur einen gemütlichen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Rauchenbichlerhof ist ein imposantes denkmalgeschütztes Schlössl, mit eigenem Barockgarten, welches erstmals im Jahre 1120 namentlich erwähnt wurde und in welchem 1831 die frühere Geliebte des französischen Kaisers Napoléon I. lebte.

Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
