This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.
