The house is over 4000 sqft and there is a Gazebo over looking the water which has a full cooking area and seating for 20+. The house has been featured in numerous magazines for its unique architecture and amazing location on the lake. The living room and main living areas have 16 foot glass windows so the views are spectacular!!

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

New tiny home located on beautiful Hayden Lake. Huge windows make this 360sqft modern tiny home feel spacious. Perfect for a romantic getaway, friends weekend or small family. A large deck doubles the size of the home and offers two couches for lounging, a dining table and chairs as well as BBQ. Stairs lead down to a private sandy beach with access to 2 kids kayaks, 2 adult kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Fire pit area and hot tub complete the outdoor paradise.

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in.
