No matter what your purpose for your visit is, you are most welcome to Ripaji Home 🏠 We’re a few minutes away from the beach, hospital, school, malls, San Fernando town proper & even less than 10min drive to San Juan, Elyu! 🌊 This room is an extension of our home (downstairs) which will give you a home-y vibe while enjoying your own space & privacy.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The terrace suite at A-Lofts is spacious, artsy and with a full view of the best two surf breaks; “beach break” & “Monaliza point” You can wave check from your bed. Beside El Union and just a few steps to the beach and all the famous coffee shops & bars: GNW, Port San Juan, FLOTSAM etc. This is on the 3rd floor no lift.Published rate is for 4 pax but can go up to 8 pax max. The private farm resort is located in Wenceslao, Caba, La Union. It’s in the grapes farm area in LU and 40 mins away from San Juan. The place is a short walk away from the beach. The apartment comes complete with a king sized bed, four single beds, air-conditioning, a TV, a fridge, a kitchen (with an induction cooker), a bathroom, work station/dining for up to eight (8) people, boho-chic finishes, and an electronic lock for peace of mind. We are located at the heart of San Juan Surf town, one minute walk to the beach passing the resort and the place is very private, with a gate and with a wide garden to park your vehicle. It's quiet, peaceful and best of all - SAFE!

A nordic minimalist 1 bedroom unit that is only 2-minutes drive to Urbiztondo, San Juan's surfing spots, restaurants, cafés, bars and other famous establishments. With own private CR, high speed wifi (255-300mbps), TV w/ Netflix and free parking. If you want a more peaceful visit to the beach, there is also a less populated area which is only 5 minutes walk via access path from the BNB. No environmental fees collected.

You will have your own studio unit, air-conditioning, TV, hot & cold shower, en-suite bathroom as well as WiFi & Netflix Owner lives on the premises separate from the guest’s room. A kettle for coffee is included in your room San Juan surfing is a 5 min, 7kms drive away. Book with me if you want to enjoy San Juan but avoid the crowd.
