Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Appartamento in una casa immersa nel verde,vicino al paese di Castel del Piano. Si affaccia sul castagneto di proprietà e oltre la vista si perde lungo la valle del fiume Ente fino a poter scorgere le vigne del Brunello e gli olivi secolari. L'appartamento è composto da un soggiorno,una cucina e una camera da letto. Possibilità di usare il forno a legna e il barbecue oltre al garage per le biciclette e moto ideali per scoprire le meraviglie del Monte Amiata. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco

La casa é situata sotto il duomo di Sovana. Cancello con apertura elettronica e possibilità di accesso con auto. Intorno alla casa c'é un giardino con olivi secolari parzialmente recintato. Check in dalle 14:00 alle 18:00, vi aspetterà mia madre in via del duomo 58 presso la mieleria (nostro punto vendita aziendale) per accompagnarvi presso l'abitazione. L'accesso con le vetture é consentito per chi alloggia nel paese. 6km da Pitigliano. 10km dalle terme di Sorano 20kmdalle terme di Saturnia

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

My home will thrill you for the outdoor spaces, the light, the furnishings, the kitchen, the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. Casa Prato

Totale immersione nel verde, tra le colline umbre, ideale per il relax e il contatto con la natura. Poco distante ci sono piccoli borghi come Ficulle e Città della Pieve e la città di Orvieto. L’appartamento dispone di un ampia camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto a due piazze, un bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero e tutte le stoviglie necessarie per apparecchiare e cucinare. Pulizie finali e tutta la biancheria sono compresi nel prezzo.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

I offer space with independ entrance on the first floor of the villa, only 150m from the first shops or caffe in a very quiet street, with: kitchenette, bathroom with small bathtub, huge fireplace. 12km from the thermal hot springs of Saturnia, 25km from the sea, 50km from Mount Amiata. Under request i can organise transfer and local guide. In the upper floor of the house I'm living with my family. We speak English, French, Italian, Russian. max capacity 4 people + 1 pet

Piccolo appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Vignanello, con affaccio panoramico sui Monti Cimini. Collocato al piano -1 di una struttura risalente al '700, è caratterizzato da soffitti a volta che, insieme al grande camino e agli stipiti in pietra, rendono l'ambiente accogliente ed elegante. E' costituito da una camera con letto matrimoniale, una cucina attrezzata ed un piccolo bagno. Ideale come punto d'appoggio per esplorare le meraviglie della Tuscia.

Il cottage ristrutturato in tufo, immerso nel verde, è situato al crocevia tra Umbria, Lazio e Toscana, a pochi minuti dal lago di Bolsena e a circa un'ora dal mare. A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.
