Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

This provides a special view of the lake that is as beautiful in the morning as the evening. Our yard is fenced with gates as we are pet and kid friendly. The exterior was updated in the past two years and the interior has just completed a full remodel....it is very fresh, open, and welcoming. The lake side has two large glass doors that give a full view from anywhere

The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte.
