Sam’s Place II (pet friendly duplex)

This is a unique duplex built in the 1920’s. You will have the entire top unit to yourself. It’s 850 sq ft. and houses up to 6 people. There’s 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and the couch folds out into a queen bed as well. There is a big covered porch with seating to enjoy your mornings and evenings. It is centrally located near ISU. It’s only 19 miles from pebble creek ski resort and minutes away from many hiking and biking trails. Come enjoy your stay in Pocatello.

Your trip to Lava Hot Spring will be fun and easy when you stay at Sunflower Station. With plenty of room and plenty of parking, you are close to everything you come to Lava for. Restaurants, swimming pools, hot springs, shops, and the river are just steps away. After a day of adventure, come home to dinner & games at the table, movies or stories by the fireplace or a bbq on the covered deck where you can watch the train pass by across the valley and listen to it's nostalgic whistle. Unique townhome with a great location and easy access to the freeway. Just six minutes away from the hospital and five minutes away from famous Idaho State University. Home has a spacious living room with open floor plan. Plenty of room to accommodate up to 10 guests. The home features a game room with TV, ping pong table, sofa bed and twin day bed. Located just 30 minutes away from Lava Hot Springs, en route to Island Park and Yellowstone Park. Perfect getaway for one or two large families.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

We are 2 blocks away from Yellowstone Ave, 8 minutes to the hospital and ISU, 10 minutes to Old Town Pocatello, 30 minutes to Lava Hot Springs, and 25 minutes to Pebble Creek Ski area.
