Al 4° e ultimo piano con ascensore di un edificio privo di barriere architettoniche, recentemente ristrutturato. È composto da due camere da letto, ampia sala, cucina, servizi igienici e uno spettacolare terrazzo che lo circonda interamente. Posto auto in parcheggio privato.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Il y a aussi un jardin sous le batiment. L'accès du centre, des cafés et restaurants, des épiceries et de la gare est très facile. Fabio était l'un des planificateurs du Parc des 5T et donne infos pour visiter la région. Une taxe de séjour de 3 € par personne/jour est à régler à l'arrivée (max. 9 € par personne).
