The condo is just 1 mile from Lake Michigan and 8 miles from downtown Traverse City, which makes this a great location to explore Traverse City and its surrounding beauty!

Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi! From it's large breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan a Leelanau adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!

The condo is on gorgeous East Grand Traverse Bay. The Suite was recently fully renovated. It is clean and comfortable for couples, families and friends. Close to restaurants, wineries, Horse Expo, golfing, putt putt, casino, downtown Traverse city and much more. Two queen size beds are on one side of the suite and queen size sleeper sofa is on the other side with a living area and kitchen. Both sides have full bath, tv and room to lounge.
