Authentic but modern Houseboat in one of the oldest parts of Amsterdam. This city center neighbourhood is a 'hidden' and quiet top spot with all the action around the corner! My houseboat is provided with all the luxury you might expect from a regular house with the extra benefits of a terrace with all day sun and airco in the bedroom. In summer we swim in the canal. The house is spacious, including a fully furnished terrace and BBQ. The villa has a big private garden with a trampoline, private swimming pool and is surrounded by swimming water. It is a fantastic place for families, friends or business people looking for space and tranquility a step away from Amsterdam.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Een sprookjesachtig huisje aan het water in een oase van rust. Geniet op de houten veranda van een wijntje of warme chocomelk bij de haard met een fantastisch uitzicht over de polder. Verken de authentieke pittoreske dorpjes in de buurt met de gezelligste restaurants. Dit huisje bevind zich aan de achterkant van een boerderij, midden in een natuur-en vogelgebied in Noord-Holland op 30 min afstand van Amsterdam. Dichtbij Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Hoorn en het strand bij Egmond aan Zee.

Herenhuis Zaandam nabij Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam

Een lief herenhuis met een heerlijk ruime tuin op 3 minuten afstand van het treinstation, 10 minuten van Amsterdam en de Zaanse Schans. Je waant je soms op het platteland want ondanks dat je midden in het centrum van Zaandam zit, maken de vogels je 's ochtends wakker en door de niet doorgaande straat is het heerlijk rustig. Op een paar minuten afstand zit je op de Dam van Zaandam en met de Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam om de hoek, kun je alle kanten uit.
