Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das kleine Studio nur für eine Person.

Vi proponiamo una meravigliosa baita in legno e pietra di 70 mq disposta su due livelli con un'atmosfera calda e confortevole e allo stesso tempo moderna e tecnologica , raggiungibile da una ripida stradina di 50 mt in discesa e percorribile solo a piedi . La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in localita' Santa Maria , e'circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como , dal quale dista meno di 15 minuti in auto.
