The cottage is spacious (864 sq. ft.) with Full kitchen and washer dryer. Two full baths with walk in showers, living room with TV, starlink wifi, A/C, complimentary use of kayaks and more. A VERY comfortable place to vacation. A great place to snorkel also with our own reef steps away from our shoreline.

You truly have to see this location to appreciate it.

House Marlin is a semi-detached house at beachfront in Long Island. At this wonderful place you have everything to enjoy your holidays. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen with a dishwasher. From the big porch looking south you can access the pool or jump into the Atlantic Ocean from the private beach access. There are 2 stand-up paddles and 2 bikes you can use whilst your stay. A grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away.

The Blue Lagoon Villa may include use of a vehicle offers 1 bed and 1 bath for 2 people or see our other listing for our 2BD 2BTH for 4 people. They both have full kitchens, 2 sofas, screened in porch, gas grill & and a breathtaking view! Even if calendar says booked contact me ,I have 4 villas. To drive car you must be 25, there is a 1x $55.00 vehicle use fee paid on arrival, we cannot guarantee that a car is always available.
