Le chalet a nécessité une rénovation totale et il a fallu presque un an pour que tout soit parfait. Aujourd'hui, il a tout le charme et le caractère d'un chalet de 150 ans, mais avec toutes les commodités et le luxe modernes. Avec une vue imprenable sur le green du village, il est parfait pour la marche, les escapades romantiques ou simplement pour ceux qui veulent juste se détendre.

Situé sur le domaine de Castletown, vous pouvez sortir de la porte du jardin et aller directement sur le bord de la rivière avec un accès à des promenades non accessibles au public.

Bienvenue chez Tom, une suite indépendante située sur notre ferme. Nous sommes amis des chiens et pouvons accepter un petit chien dans cet hébergement moyennant un petit supplément de 10 £. Nous avons d'autres logements disponibles pour plus d'un chien ou des chiens plus grands. Il suffit de demander. Un petit-déjeuner continental gratuit est fourni avec votre séjour. Blackford est un endroit paisible pour séjourner, à proximité de la M6, du Lake District, des Borders et du mur d'Hadrien.
