Living room, dining room & 2 of the 3 bedrooms overlook the ocean for a view that can't be beat! A large deck with a BBQ for grilling & plenty of seating for watching whales & the stunning sunsets. Newport Historic Bayfront & the Nye Beach District are 7 miles north, both packed with wonderful shops & restaurants. You will make many wonderful memories at Ocean Blue.

Parkview Retreat - Seal Rock

Close to the beach with abundant amenities. Our home has three bedrooms and two baths. Two rooms have queen beds and one with a full/twin bunked. The kitchen is well set up for the weekend chef. While the house does not have any views, it is across from hwy 101 to access the iconic Seal Rock State Park. We also have a one bedroom bungalow up the street called Seal Rock Perch. No pets, including emotional support animals (actual service animals welcome) and parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
