Das in Holzbauweise neu gebaute Chalet wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im März 2024 fertiggestellt. Es wurde im modernen Stil errichtet und erfüllt höchste energetische Anforderungen. Der Weg vom eigenen Parkplatz, durchs Haus, bis zur überdachten Veranda mit neuem, elektrisch beheiztem Whirlpool wurde ebenerdig gestaltet. Innen können Sie es sich mit dem Holzofen und der eigenen Sauna (kostenfrei) gemütlich machen . Der Nationalparkradweg wunderschöne Wanderrouten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Blockhaus mitten im Wald

Familienfreundliches Ferienhaus im schönsten Wandergebiet! Im schönsten Tal des Bayerischen Waldes, versteckt am Berghang im Wald und nur über einen Waldweg erreichbar, liegt unser kleiner Einödhof. Unsere Besucher genießen die Ruhe und Natürlichkeit des Ortes und die Gemütlichkeit ihres Ferienhauses. Vor dem Blockhaus findet sich eine geschützte Sitzecke mit Sandkasten und Lagerfeuerplatz. Einige Meter entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Bergteich. Baden ist erlaubt, doch das Wasser ist eiskalt.

The apartment is centrally located in the glass city and climatic health resort Zwiesel, in the middle of the skiing, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by numerous hiking trails, trails, ski and cross-country ski slopes. In the apartment awaits you a coffee maker, washer + dryer, Netflix, a cozy double bed, WiFi, etc.. Also relax in the in-house swimming pool, sauna or steam bath.

Frisch renoviertes Apartement, liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, ein Mix aus Space Age und Minimalismus. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

Ein Häuschen, in dem wir selber gerne Urlaub machen: Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch, gemütlicher Eckbank und einer vollausgestatteten Küche. Massive Holzbetten vom Schreiner mit erstklassigen Matratzen. Zwei großzügige Badezimmer mit Regenduschen und Sauna für die grauen Tage. Und im Sommer einen großen Garten mit Bergblick, Liegestühlen und Grill ganz für euch allein.

The space is quite big, 110 square meters, the warm tropical wood floor with the fireplace in combination with the modern furniture will make you feel at home. It is the perfect destination for holiday or business traveler(2 desks available)and everyone can enjoy the 1.600 square meters garden, outdoor pool (May 1st-Sept. 1st),sauna,hot tub,infrared cabin.

The Apartmenthaus Rottalblick is located directly next to the Bad Griesbach wellness spa. This can be easily reached from the apartment via a bathrobe access. There are also several golf courses and the largest golf resort in Europe in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is characterized by its bright, quiet style which is underlined with small amenities such as the new coffee machine and a cozy couch. Come and see for yourself! :)

Weitblick und Pool-ideal für Golf und Wellness

Le "Schlössle", un ancien hôtel 4*, est situé à proximité immédiate de la place de la ville, au centre et pourtant très calme. L'appartement de vacances (environ 75 mètres carrés) se trouve au rez-de-chaussée. Le salon et la chambre sont orientés sud avec des baies vitrées et des balcons. Les balcons (20 m²) vous invitent à bronzer, manger et profiter de la vue fantastique sur le Rotttal, avec vue sur les montagnes par beau temps.

Apartmán je ideálním výchozím bodem pro aktivity v přírodě. V létě můžete vyrazit po turistických nebo cyklistických trasách. V zimě navíc najdete upravenou běžkařskou stopu přímo za domem. A po celý rok můžete relaxovat v sauně.
