This Dutch Colonial home was owned by the same family since 1912 until purchased in late 2022. While rehabbing the property, we did our best to keep traits of its historic charm intact while updating it with modern amenities. This quiet, comfortable, & spacious house is a few minute walk from Ambler & Green Ribbon trail on the Wissahickon Watershed. This property can host 6 adults comfortably between the 3 room, 8 with the sleeper sofa in the living room, & a max of 10 with an air mattress.

The Vintage Suite at Park House

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season. They will be available again in May. Please, no parties or smoking inside!
