Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. The pretty village of Winterbourne St. Martin (Martinstown) has a great pub and a super village shop both within a short walk. Close to the Jurassic Coast and spectacular country views, its the perfect place to chill after a walk, a day at the beach (approx five miles away) or visiting the many attractions in and around Dorchester. Guests have a private garden, and access to a tennis court.

A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Private off road parking for 2 cars.

Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.
