Villa située à 30 minutes de Gueliz dans un charmant domaine sécurisé 24/7 avec terrain de tennis commun et piscine privée. La villa se compose de 3 tres grandes suites avec chacune leur cheminée, leur télé (Netflix gratuit), 3 salles de bain, d'une petite piscine intérieure chauffée, d'une piscine extérieure privative et d'un jardin privatif sans vis à vis, d'un salon avec cheminée. Table à manger convertible en billard et en table de ping-pong. Idéal pour se détendre au calme.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

"Dar Youssef" est une maison située dans le village de Ouassen, sur le versant Sud du Cap Sim, avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la baie de Sidi Kaouki. Un lieu inoubliable et paisible, à quelques minutes à pieds de plages de sable sauvages et 20 minutes en voiture d'Essaouira. Idéal pour 2 à 4 personnes. A proximité des meilleurs spots de surf et de kite du Maroc !
