Nos encontraremos en el centro de Málaga y nos dirigiremos en la furgoneta hacia el embalse del Conde del Guadalhorce. Por el Camino cruzaremos el valle del río Guadalhorce, un valle singular de Málaga especializado en plantaciones de cítricos, naranjos y limoneros. Ascenderemos la sierra de Alcaparain y cruzaremos varios pueblos blancos. Desde el Pantano, empezaremos la ruta de senderismo de unos 8 kms cruzando un túnel excavado bajo la roca hasta la entrada del Caminito del Rey. Descubriremos la geología del Parque Natural, la flora y fauna del parque, su singular paisaje y historia y tradiciones locales. Pararemos en las zonas más expectaculares para admirar los desfiladeros y tomar fotos. Al final de la excursión tomaremos el autobús lanzadera del Parque Natural que nos llevará al punto inicial de la ruta. La ruta a pie es de 3 horas. No hay peligro ni grandes subidas, es un sendero muy fácil. SI VIENE EN TEMPORADA BAJA PUEDO OFRECER UN DESCUENTO. Dès que vous êtes prêt, nous commençons notre voyage. Le premier arrêt est près de l'immense cathédrale gothique où vous pourrez découvrir des faits intéressants sur le centre historique de Malaga. Nous passons par la zone verte du parc, traversons le port de Malaga et finissons près de la célèbre Alcazaba (de l'arabe al-qasbah, قصبة, qui signifie "citadelle"). L'une des parties les plus excitantes de l'expérience en segway est une promenade rafraîchissante au sommet de la colline de Gibralfaro. La route elle-même est facile et très pittoresque. Total lenght of the tour is 10 kms walking (hike is go and back + small walk in the village) On the way we can see wild goats if we are a bit lucky

Caminito del Rey Prise en charge en bus dans un point donné Nous connaîtrons de première main le Caminito del Rey, qui se compose de 7,7 kilomètres entre les passerelles et les sentiers en traversant à la fin du parcours par un pont suspendu avec 105 mètres de haut situé sur la gorge des Gaitanes. Nous découvrirons l'histoire de sa construction et profiterons de la vue imprenable. Excursion au Caminito del Rey avec guide local. *Langues : Anglais/ Espagnol. Nous rejoindrons d'autres clients et ferons la visite guidée à l'intérieur du petit chemin.

We wish you to come! You will feel like accompanied by a friend, exploring the province by van, telling you with passion the history and culture of the wine & Malaga heading a really pretty organic vineyard. There we will walk among vines of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Muscatel… After it, we will visit a 100% no-touristic winery, where the owner will open the door of his house for us, serving the wines completely proud of them with plenty of tapas designed specially for each wine. Our target is you to love and appreciate much more the wine after the tour, so we will make sure that provide interesting information about every process, converting you in a little expert with a good base of knowledge about wine after the tour. It will make you to enjoy more every glass of wine when we taste the wines in the cellar, but also always in the future. A wholesome yoga class on the beach. We start with aromatherapy, indulging in natural smells of essential oils, preparing the body & mind for the practice. Including initial breathing exercise (pranayama) followed with asanas, combining hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga elements, ending with a guided mediation and a sound bath. 
 The class is focused on improving health in a holistic way and turn the focus inwards to find deep state of relaxation and nourish the body mind and soul inside out.

After the class we can enjoy beautiful sunset on the beach and swim in the sea. (optional) Don't forget to bring a yoga mat or a towel. I have some extra yoga mats and some towels in case you forget your own :) Just request them from me at least 2h before class.
