The Cottage at Hoffman Barn

The Cottage at Hoffman Barn is a freestanding modern studio cottage located on what was once a dairy farm. The cottage is filled with eclectic art and modern appliances. Outside, your private deck is surrounded by mature specimen trees, birds and nature! You will love the charming waterfall patio and freedom to walk most of the four acre property including visits to goats and chickens at the stable. Most amenities needed for a lovely private getaway or a productive business trip are included.

The Mill Road Farmhouse is a destination in and of itself. Immaculately restored inside and out, this home is a true retreat in the middle of Amish Country. We have a feeling you will be spending all of your time relaxing by pool and hot tub during the warmer months (or maybe grilling up a feast in the brand new outdoor kitchen area) and curled up next to one of the four indoor fireplaces during the winter months. And then of course end each day star-gazing while sitting around the campfire.

You will have the first floor of a private residence. All entrances, rooms, doors are untouched except by guests for entire stay. There is a locking french doors between the suite and the rest of the home. The living room has a fire place. TV and a high top seating area. The suite includes a fully functional kitchen -- sink, fridge, dishes, microwave etc. there is a hot plate (2) but not a range top stove. There is patio with secluded and private seating. and gas grill.

Cottage less than a mile from Marsh Creek State Park! Relax in the YEAR ROUND HOT TUB, enjoy the 50" Smart TV, & sleep in the comfy gel memory foam king size bed! Come here for the feel of a secluded getaway, while staying close to the city. To get to the house, turn off the road onto a quiet cul de sac. Walk through the garden on a path up to the front porch. The back half acre is a lovely scene of green -- grass and bamboo and trees -- which can be enjoyed from the kitchen table. Quick drives to Downtown Wayne, King of Prussia Mall, and Valley Forge National Park. Just a couple minute drive to 202 to get to the city.
