Charming non-smoking apartment, very centrally situated near Westbahnhof and Mariahilfer Straße 1 room – 35m² – for 1 to 2 persons House and Environment The apartment is situated in a very central, yet quiet part of Vienna. It is 5 minutes to Westbahnhof railway station and close to Mariahilfer Straße, Austria's largest shopping street. From Westbahnhof the metro U3 takes you to St. Stephan's Cathedral and the historic center in only 7 minutes. Popular sights like Schönbrunn Castle, Ringstraße with its museums and historical buildings, Museumsquartier and Naschmarkt can be reached easily by walking or by public transportation. There is a supermarket around the corner and in Westbahnhof there is a large mall with many shops and restaurants. Apartments Description The apartment is modern and elegant and has room for 1 to 2 persons. It consists of an anteroom, living/sleeping room with integrated kitchen, bathroom and separated toilet. Living Room The living room features a bed (160×200), a dining table and two chairs, a 40 inch flat-screen TV (cable TV), radio clock with iPod docking station. Kitchen The kitchen is completely equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery). Bathroom The bathroom features a bath tub, washbasin and toploader washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Anteroom In the anteroom there is a spacious wardrobe. Extras Free Wifi internet, coffee and tea, bedding, towels, toiletries. Latest time for check-in is 8 pm.

Start your exciting holiday in Vienna from our lovely, centrally located apartment! Whether you are travelling as a couple or a group of three or four ... our apartment is the perfect place for you to be. By tram you are in the historical center of Vienna with all its attractions and shops within 10 minutes. After an eventful day, you can relax in a cosy atmosphere. Of course you have free internet and Netflix available. On request we are also happy to provide a baby bed for the youngest.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Ferienregion Schöcklland/Almenland und bietet sowohl für Natur- als auch für Kulturinteressierte viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Wohneinheit ist 70 m² groß und liegt nahe dem Ortszentrum in sehr ruhiger Lage. Freizeitbad, Bäcker, Greislerei und Konditorei sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde mit Original Vintage Objekten eingerichtet und versprüht Originalität und Gemütlichkeit.

An additional terrace invites you to relax. we are close to: main station 700 m, FH OÖ Campus Steyr, restaurant, bars, cinema … Steyr is the 40 Kilometer away from capital City LINZ. Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.
