Get an actual farm experience at Smooth Moves Ranch. Stay in a horse trailer with all the amenities of home, right next to the SMR barn. SMR has 17 horses, 11 dexter cattle, 2 miniature donkeys, 8 fainting goats, 1 rooster(old school alarm clock), 6 hens, 6 dogs, and cats. Whether you’re looking for a vacation with the sounds and smells of farm animals or you want to clean stalls and brush horses, Smooth Moves Ranch is the place for either one. The Hummingbird Cottage

Come stay in a beautiful cottage located on the grounds of a 1872 stately residence close to downtown Holly Springs, in a quiet historic neighborhood. The cottage sleeps four comfortably with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Enjoy a claw foot tub, cozy living room and fully-equipped kitchen & laundry area. Wifi, sunroom, and private back yard. Low Cleaning Fee! This tiny home is located 30min from Oxford MS, a hike in the woods to N Sardis Lake, or a short ATV ride. Recommended 2-4 people, If you like hunting, fishing, kayaking, this is the spot for you! We have an off-road entrance to Sardis Lake an awesome secluded spot, relax and have fun! Bring your toys! This is a cozy cabin that has 1 queen, 1 full-size trundle bed, 1- couch bed all in one small 418 sqft studio, with very little privacy, perfect for couples or small family!

Magical Hill Country Cabins: Reparations Cabin

On our ranch we have four comfortably outfitted cabins to ensure that you have access to all of the creature comforts during your stay. This studio-style set up features two queen-sized beds, a full bathroom , a kitchenette w/ a coffeemaker, hot plate, fridge & microwave), a dining table and a sweet front porch. We have small ponds on site for fishing, and hilly trails for exploring these 80 acres. Oxford and Ole Miss are a short 15 minute drive away, and Memphis is less than an hour drive.

Little Acorn Guesthouse- pet friendly

Come and stay in our Little Acorn guest house. It’s a 45 minute drive to Oxford, MS and a 30 minute drive to Memphis. It’s an ideal location, less than a mile to I-22 and 269. It’s centrally located with several wedding venues within a 10 minute drive. It’s also 10 miles from the Chickasaw Industrial Park. For families with traveling baseball teams it’s only 20 minutes from Snowden Grove in Southaven. Byhalia boasts beautiful old homes and a cute, quiet town. We hope you’ll stay and visit!
