On the Beach Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

Coopers Retreat is a fully equiped 800 sf cabin on 2 acs. There is a 50 Amp RV hookup with water/sewage for additional guests with their RV. Close to Lake Corpus Christi & conveniently next to I37, the rural setting offers tranqiility and peace. Enjoy wildlife, relax on the patio, star gaze at night by the firepit or relax in the covered hottub. Cabin is 8 miles (10 mins) north of Mathis TX.
