Située au cœur de la ville de Shillong, cette maison indépendante de type Assam existe depuis plus de 80 ans et est parfaite pour tous ceux qui recherchent une évasion. Avec des murs à colombages, des toits en pente, des planchers en bois et une cheminée confortable dans chaque chambre, cette maison est l'encapsulation parfaite de Shillong.

Ce logement élégant est parfait pour un couple et une famille de 3 personnes. Le chalet est situé dans une propriété d'un acre surplombant une pinède et des arbres fruitiers( prune, pêche et poire ) au sud, une prairie et des collines en toile de fond à l'est. C'est une chambre confortable et spacieuse avec une cheminée intérieure, une cuisine et une salle à manger avec tous les appareils. Les parquets de la chambre, de la cuisine et de la terrasse ajoutent à l'ambiance de l'environnement rustique. L'eau provient d'une source dans les locaux.
