Tiny house close to Grand Canyon West & Lake Mead!

Soak up the views and privacy at the Ocotillo Tiny House! You will adore the oversized deck and the privacy of the one-acre lot. There are beautiful views of the Grand Wash Cliffs, an abundance of Joshua Trees, with even more open land surrounding the area. This 390 square foot Tiny House has a practical layout, with a secluded loft area, a private bedroom with a large closet. Also a cozy living room with a couch that folds into a bed. Touch lamps with USB outlets and a fully functional kitchen.

A 30 min. drive to Grand canyon West. 100's of miles of UTV and ATV rides, four wheeling at its best. Several view points overlooking stunning Lake Mead and mountain ranges and magnificent sunsets.

Our home sits atop the hill with 360-degree views of the Grand Wash Cliffs &town. -Total privacy in the 14 acres of property with many trails nearby. -Sunrise & sunset and star-filled sky at night are spectacular. - Quiet area and no nearby neighbors. -Restaurants & shops are within 5 mins drive. -Less than an hour's drive to the Grand Canyon West. -South Cove, Lake Mead, and Colorado River are within 15 mins drive. -Highly recommend staying at least 2 nights.

The Broken Arrow Camper

The Broken Arrow Camper is a restored 1980's camper, nestled amongst gorgeous old Joshua Trees with a cactus garden on our well maintained property off the road leading to The Grand Canyon West Rim. We have great Milky Way and Mountain views! Kyle and I are native New Yorkers, we moved to the Arizona desert 6 years ago. We can accept same day bookings until 6pm when possible through messaging. Welcome to Meadview! This spacious home is located near the Grand Canyon West/Skywalk and wonderful Lake Mead. The perfect family get away with stunning sunsets. You can enjoy Hiking, kayaking, fishing, 4 wheeling, stargazing and more. (Due to the drought, the South Cove Boat Launch is closed to boats), however there is a primitive launch ramp that can be used 4 wheel drive recommended. There are so many wonderful trails and hikes and things to explore.
