The luxury apartment ANA on the ground floor is 110m2 and accommodates 6 guests. A similar comfort is offered by the Apartment MIA in a mansard whose size is 85 m2 and it can accommodate 6 guests. Both apartments have a separate outdoor terrace. Please note that this is a strictly family-friendly holiday house.

In this spatial apartment in beautiful nature one or a family can enjoy a beautiful vacation. The apartment includes a bedroom, a nursery, a bathroom and a large living room with a kitchen and a dining table which has an open view on the beautiful landscape. It is also accompanied by a large balcony. Berčice by Metlika are an incredible starting point for many tourist attractions and to the warm and clean river Kolpa with a beautiful beach. The region is known by it's wonderful birch forests.

V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

The cottage is located in a peaceful location surrounded with vineyards and nearby the warmest Slovenian river Kolpa (up to 28°C). Ideal getaway from fast moving life just a few minutes away from main road. The accommodation offers barbecuing in the garden, bathing in the jacuzzi or night time watching the beautiful sky filled with stars. The surrounding offers outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, canoeing or swimming in the Kolpa. You can also visit great local vineries for degustation.

La maison est située au centre de Metlika, près du musée, de la gare routière et du centre commercial. Elle se trouve à 1 km de la rivière Kolpa et de la traversée vers la Croatie. Le parking est possible. L'appartement est au premier étage de la maison, qui comprend une chambre, un salon, une cuisine avec coin repas et une salle de bain avec WC. Depuis le salon, il est possible d'accéder au balcon . L'appartement est chauffé. La taxe est payés séparément 1,8 euros par nuit et par personne.
