Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Our cottages are spread out over a treelined 3 hectare block. We are surrounded by farms and native bushland yet only 10 minutes drive from Margaret River and the regions wineries. Enjoy the peaceful evenings on the verandah watching the birds or get out and sample the amazing south west beaches, wineries, local produce and stunning landscape.

Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in an adjoining property with a young child and dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
