The Coach House is perfect for couples seeking a relaxing break; whether sight-seeing, walking, dining out, everything is on your doorstep. Built in the 1800’s the Victorian red brick and wood beams are a feature of the upstairs, open plan living area, which is fully equipped with everything you need for a chilled out self-catering break. On the ground floor, the bedroom can be configured as generous king size bed or a twin at your request. There is a Private parking bay for one car.

Jessie's Hut
Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

The Garth: A Swaledale Panorama
The Garth has many walks straight from the door and family-friendly activities: horse riding, mountain biking, Richmond castle, limestone caves, historic railway and lead mines. The village pub and tearooms are close by (check times). You’ll love our place, with its fantastic panoramic views from all rooms . It is a lovely place to stay for couples, walking groups and families with kids. APRIL-OCTOBER: FULL weeks, FRIDAYs ONLY. Rest of year, shorter breaks any day .

The Mill, Rutter Falls,
Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! You won't find accommodation closer to rushing water than this! No under 12s. Check in Fridays and Mondays only.

Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41).

Built in 1780, this thick -walled cosy cottage has historic charm with modern comforts. South facing with stone walled garden, from which you can survey a spectacular view 20 miles deep and 35 miles wide over the Tyne valley. The cottage is at 700 feet above sea level and you feel you are on the roof of England. It is situated in a quiet rural location 2 miles from both Hexham and Corbridge and half an hour from Newcastle.
