The Bunkhouse at Fulbright Farmstead

Staying at the bunkhouse is like taking a step back in time. From the vintage appliances, to the antique clawfoot tub and cast iron bed, as soon as you walk through the door it is like walking into the 1950s (minus a few modern conveniences). This beautiful large family home is conveniently located and ideally situated for events hosted at Fergus High School. One master suite and two large guest rooms are located on the main level. Also located on the main level is a large living room, dining room, an additional full bathroom, and kitchen with double ovens. Lower level includes 3 additional bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The spacious entertainment room is furnished with a sectional and dry bar with plenty of seating.

The Sunshine House has an aura of restoration! It was built in the earlier 1900's and was well known but in poor shape; but has been 100% restored and is now a safe, quaint and pleasant space. It is good place for you to be restored and replenished and to rest. We are confident that you will love the feeling of this place and enjoy the Sunshine House.
