Stand alone studio ideal for one or two people

Home away from home. Prime location. Private ,quiet studio with own bathroom,kitchenette which has fridge,microwave, toaster, jug and dishes.You also have your own private patio facing the garden and very private. Lots of shops around us and walking distance to the supermarket, cafes and banks. There are also lovely restaurants on our street, you name it, its here. If coming to Auckland, check us out, you will not be disappointed. Bus stop just outside our gate, to the city centre or airport .

Spacious, comfortable rooms, more homely than flash. Own entrance, private garden setting, fenced pool and deck. TV, fan and air con. Separate sitting room with sofa bed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchenette is very small but functional, with fridge, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and electric fry pan (no cooker). It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

Modern, immaculate private bedroom and ensuite with its own access via keypad. Mt Eden is a nice, sort after location. Close to shops and bus line. Short trip to central city. Very much like a 5 star hotel room but in a quiet, green leafy, upmarket street on top of a hill with views out over Auckland! Secure gated parking

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

Sunny Garden Studio, Mt Eden

The garden studio is 5km from the city centre and 2 mins to a frequent city bus stop. Mt Eden village & Maungawhau/Mt Eden summit are an easy walk away. For sports fans and concert goers Eden Park is close by. Art-house cinema, The Capitol is a short walk away, amongst the popular Asian cheap eats on Dominion Rd. This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.

(benchtop oven, microwave, electric frypan, elec hobs, fridge/freezer)Eco friendly cleaning&full sanitising. Quiet suburb 10 mins drive to downtown, 10 mins walk to bus train, 15 mins to Zoo, MOTAT.Private outdoor area. All linen, toiletries, kitchen accessories provided. Check in by 10pm unless arranged otherwise. No Smoking or Vaping at all on our property.

The Grove is a charming French country-inspired hideaway nestled in the heart of Mt Albert. Recently refurbished, this self-contained retreat features a well-equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Fully furnished studio unit with a modern bathroom and kitchenette. The studio has a separate entry, and is attached to our family home (we're a kiwi family with 3 young children). Clean, spacious and light. Unlimited ultra fast fibre wifi internet. Our home is surrounded by native forest (kauri, manuka, totara, rimu). Native birds like tui, kereru, piwakawaka and ruru frequently visit.
