This quiet, well fitted one bedroom BASEMENT STUDIO APARTMENT fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette( stove, microwave,kettle, toaster, fridge) and internet. The place allows guests to be fully independent during their stay in Hobart. The Studio IS UP to the HILL ( MountStuart). At430 meters from North Hobart restaurants strip, buses, the State Theatre cinema, Chemist, the Post Office and pubs. 20 minutes walk down Elizabeth Street brings you to the centre of the city.

Walk to the city, North Hobart, Salamanca, with nearby Metro bus an easy option instead of the uphill walk back from the city, if you need it. Free safe car parking in the street. Ideal location for access to the CBD, waterfront, Salamanca, airport. Easy walk to cafes, hotels and IGA, the best small supermarket in town. Enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine at the out door table and chairs.

Modern comforts, old world charm in West Hobart

Our house is 800m to North Hobart dining out strip and 300m to the famous Hill St Grocery store where Tasmanian gourmet products are available. You can walk to the city centre. Your accommodation is downstairs of our family home: a self-contained area with a separate entry off the verandah. It has a bedroom, a fully renovated bathroom, and a small living area with a kitchenette. We live upstairs, so we can assist you if needed but we also will give you privacy. There is free on-street parking.

A detached studio, in a convenient part of West Hobart, close to public transport, walking distance to North Hobart’s cafe/ restaurant/ strip. Suitable for two people with a double bed, ensuite, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only. It is not equipped with a fully working kitchen. Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

Location Location Location Welcome to the beautiful Providence Valley . Sleeps 4. Comfy queen bed and double fold out. The cost per double is for 2 people sharing the queen. If you are 2 singles an additional cost may be incurred for the second bed. Please let me know. The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Comfortable and Private in New Town, Hobart

Roomy accomodation with private access. This accommodation DOES NOT have a KITCHEN. Sleeping up to 4 adults. The accommodation is in the downstairs part of the main residential property. It is a 5 minute walk to various cafes, Pizza places etc supermarkets, chemist & post office. Also very close to bus stops which will take you to the city past the well renowned North Hobart restaurant precinct ( which is only a 15 min walk anyway). Direct access provided with a key pad or via hosts.

The original Cottage once served as the first North Hobart Post & Telegraph Office and has been recently renovated to accommodate guests. It is an upstairs studio with it's own entrance. It is warm, spacious, comfortable and self contained. The studio connects to a second separate bedroom which can be made available for additional guests. There is an outside deck for the exclusive use of guests.
