Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer besonders schönen und modernen Aufstockung im Zentrum von Linz. Sie ist sehr großzügig und verfügt über zwei Balkone zu einem ruhigen Innenhof und einer Terrasse mit Ausblick über die Stadt. Große Verglasungen durchfluten die Wohnung mit viel Licht.

Liebevolle Ferien-Monteurwohnung Nähe Linz. Wir leben sehr ländlich, jedoch nur 9km von der Hauptstadt Linz entfernt. Perfekt gelegen ist unsere Wohnung für Durchreisende, Familien mit Kindern (gute Ausflugsziele), Radfahrer (Donauradweg) und Urlauber. Mit eigenem Airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.

Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.

Naše chata se nachází na polosamotě v lese u řeky Stropnice. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.
