Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Shangri-La Riversuites is located right on the Colorado River and 4 miles to Laughlin. River Haven is a newly renovated unit with updated finishes to ensure a comfortable stay. This unit has all hard surface flooring and is not pet friendly for those with sensitivities. The Colorado River is just steps away, as is our private beach for relaxing along the river. River Haven is very clean, comfortable and will provide a great space to explore the area or should you be working remotely.

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

1 Bd furnished Relocating-work, River-Pool $1498

Popular 1 bed 1 bath unit just a 2 minute walk to the pool and river with dock for guest only. Nice and clean park and beach area, good for swimming, fishing and water sports. Looking over at that the casinos in Laughlin nice view at night with the lights. Whether here for work or vacation, you'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. This unit is located on the out side of the property with good parking and lighting.
