This weathered and lived in home has been in the family since built in 1908. Not too fancy, but it’s real, clean, comfortable, and maybe just right for you.

Amesbury is steeped in history and guests will be close to amazing breweries, restaurants, historical sites, shops, galleries, walking trails, lakes, beaches and more!

Unobstructed Beautiful Ocean Views at North Beach in Hampton, NH This view never disappoints and is forever changing...Sunrise/Moon rise......1.5 miles… a nice walk along the Oceanside to Hampton Beach where there are wonderful Restaurants, Arcades, Swimming, Shopping, Fireworks, Concerts at the Casino and of course Fried Dough! North Beach is a tidal beach where you have a 6 hour window for enjoyment. Unwind at the end of the day with colorful skies and moon rise over the ocean.

Surf Studio

The surf studio is the perfect location to enjoy a cozy beach vacation. Located two short blocks from the North Beach -the prime surfing , paddleboarding and swimming area for ocean enthusiasts! The surf shop and cafés are a 5 minute walk and the studio cottage has built in storage racks for your boards. Relax on your private deck and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets! The studio is equipped with a microwave/refrigerator, bar-sink and counter for prepping and enjoying lite meals.

Modern cabin tucked privately in the forest. Loaded with modern amenities make it perfect for a romantic getaway. Unwind in the hot tub looking up at the sky full of stars. Take a Sauna while being surrounded by nature all around. Relax by the fire pit. Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, quiet space w easy parking. Walk/bike to the beach. Enjoy your private space with dining area, sofa, queen bed and private bath. The space is over 600 sq ft with plenty of sunshine -- all built in last 2 years. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Clean, bright, and private space suitable for a couple. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are a little more than a mile from the beach and an easy drive to NH/Maine sites.
