The unit is located on the 3rd floor. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. There is a large living room space with a full pull out couch, tv and dining table. The bedroom has a queen bed with a tv. There is a small full kitchen and updated bathroom.

Who needs a boat to stay at a marina? Eastport Yacht Center has a quaint one bedroom apartment located in charming Eastport, within walking distance to Downtown Annapolis and the U.S. Naval Academy. Conveniently located next to the Annapolis Maritime Museum. Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.

Historic Downtown in-law suite

This special place is close to everything. One block to the Naval Academy and one block to all the historic and downtown attractions. This in-law suite has a queen bed, full bath, sauna, kitchenette, seating area, and desk/dining table. Welcoming separate, quiet entrance with access to a lovely patio with seating and firepit.
