It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops.

We are located in Marghera, the most convenient location to reach Venice (and not only!) from the mainland: the bus stop is 3' walk, the train station 10'. The journey takes about 13'. Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.
