Bright, cozy and new garden suite in Northeast Portland! This pied-à-terre has a private entrance via the garage for access to your own living room, bedroom and bathroom. Our guest house was built brand new in 2018. It is clean (read the reviews!), quiet, private and a comfortable place to call "home" while visiting in Portland. All ameninities to make your stay easy including a full kitchen, compact washer/dryer and air-conditioning. Lots of natural light from 3 large skylights - sleep masks provided for late sleepers. The location has easy access to freeways, PDX airport (15 min.), and bike ways. Self check-in and free street parking always available.

Welcome to our cozy and inviting newly constructed ADU! With easy airport access and all that NE Portland offers, this charming space features new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and an upstairs washer and dryer. With high ceilings and ample sunlight, this compact space feels surprisingly spacious. Located steps away from McMenamins Kennedy school, enjoy their soaking tub, restaurants, bars, gardens, and movie theater. Book now for a warm and delightful stay!

The Hen House: Private unit in NE

The Hen House is a converted garage, built from mostly salvaged material, and has everything you need for an easy visit. The loft has a queen bed but stairs are very steep so I recommend the pullout single bed downstairs if uncomfortable with steps. I'm near Mississippi area, Williams and Alberta Arts District with 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Unit stands alone and there is a garden and friendly animals to hang with outside. Dogs allowed.
