Spacious penthouse close to Sölden and Längenfeld

The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The layout is spacious, with wooden floors, all the way around a balcony and a great south facing terrace. Fantastic views on all sides all year round! The interior is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with spacious 2 pers. beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a a babybed and a washing machine.

Schöne Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum mit Terrasse

Das Apartment befindet sich mitten in Telfs direkt neben der Kirche (für die die schon mal in Telfs waren), eine Straße weiter finden Sie die neue Begegnungszone von Telfs. Dort finden sie Gastronomiebetriebe, Kleidungsgeschäfte, Tabaktrafik usw. Am ende der Begegnungszone ist das Einkaufszentrum ,,Intalcenter‘‘ und direkt dahinter das neu gebaute Schwimmbad (mit Sauna Entspannung usw.). Die Wohnung an sich ist voll ausgestattet mit allen was man braucht :).
