Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

Brand new home boasts a few hundred feet walking distance to Marginal Way, the beach, great restaurants, shops and the center of town. Plenty to do nearby or relax at home. Watch the sunset, cook a nice meal in the welcoming kitchen, grill on the patio or read a book in the quaint, picturesque backyard….the options are limitless. We hope that you have great memories in our new home.

The Crow's Nest

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
