BACK TO BASIC Eco-minded self-made garden cabin

If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Séjour cosy à Woubrugge près de A'dam/Schiphol

Cette résidence charmante avec un mobilier élégant est située entre Amsterdam, Rotterdam, La Haye, Leiden et la plage. Tout 30 minutes en voiture. Il y a une entrée privée. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a une toilette privée, une douche privée, une machine à laver et un réfrigérateur. A l'étage se trouvent deux pièces, une chambre avec TV écran plat (toutes chaines et Netflix), petit déjeuner/bureau et penderie. Sur le palier se trouvent le four/micro-onde, la machine Nespresso et la bouilloire.

Ons gezellige guesthouse met sauna ligt op een eiland aan de Leidsche Vaart bij het Braassemermeer. U vindt ons tussen Amsterdam (ong. 30 minuten, auto), Schiphol (ong. 20 minuten, auto en 30 minuten, bus) en Den Haag (ong. 35 minuten, auto) in het Groene Hart. Veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen, wandelen (gelegen aan het Marskramerpad), varen, steden en/of strand (25 minuten) te bezoeken. Eigen badkamer met sauna (10,-), koffie/ thee en mogelijkheid tot koken, eigen terras met barbecue.

Voor natuur en strand liefhebbers, maar ook dichtbij de stad, voor elk wat wils! Dit is de ultieme plek om vakantie te vieren. Met steden als Amsterdam en Leiden in de buurt, maar ook Delft en Gouda kunt u zich het gehele jaar uitstekend vermaken. Als u het fijn vindt om te wandelen of te fietsen kunt u in het Groene Hart dat zich kenmerkt door de vele Hollandse molens, kaasboerderijen, polders en water, letterlijk alle kanten op. Uniek en rustig gelegen huisje in pittoresk Warmond aan de Kaag op loopafstand van winkels en horeca. Het huisje is stijlvol en warm ingericht met open haard en heeft openslaande deuren naar verschillende terrassen die horen bij onze grote tuin, waar u gebruik van mag maken. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Downtown 256: The old shop: a completely renovated apartment in the centre of Leiden. A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, at the end of the shopping street. Shops, restaurants, museums and theaters are in walking distance.

Beautiful house (3) at waterside 20 km from A'dam

Direct aan het water gelegen is dit rustpunt een ervaring in de randstad. Het huisje is duurzaam verwarmd met warmtewinning door een warmtepomp. Heel landelijk gelegen maar wel overal dichtbij, zo goed als In de Kagerplassen. Je kunt je sloep bij ons aanleggen. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een "brand new" Tiny House met de luxe van een wellness centrum. Maar dan prive. Geniet samen met je partner in een heerlijk huis met ruime sauna, cosy pelletkachel, kleine keuken (inclusief electrische kookplaat), slapen op de vide, relaxen in de tuin, en eventueel gebruik van de hottub en/of SUPs.
