It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. A'dam Good Story! On the 2nd and 3rd floor of my home I created an affordable place to stay. Comfortable and clean for friends & families. What you see is what you get. I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers. Renovated apartment with unique designer features, and a peaceful semi-wild garden by the water. Spacious bedroom with beautiful ensuite bath - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Private entrance through the shared garden. It is 25 minutes to Amsterdam center and 15 to Ajax Arena, Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live, & Schiphol Airport. A train station nearby allows access beyond Amsterdam. Free parking, wifi, cable, tea & coffee. Suite is deep cleaned & disinfected after every stay.

Unique Tiny Art house near Amsterdam

Uber toffe tiny house onder de rook van Amsterdam. Parkeren voor de deur, eigen tuintje, privé huis! In 15 in centrum Amsterdam, 20 min in Haarlem. Vlak bij het centrum van Ouderkerk, met diverse restaurants, warme bakker. Ziggo dome 10 min. Super cool tiny house, very close to Amsterdam. 10 min by car, 25 minutes by bike. Free parking in front of the tiny house. Close to the town centre with various restaurants (even really good ones) a bakery, supermarket etc.

Private & Big house at the river Amstel

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.
