As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

There are two single beds, bathroom with warm shower, microwave, kettle & some utensils for simple meals. There is no washing machine, but you can use laundromats at the market nearby. Our room is in D Condo Sign, which is only 5 minutes walking distance away (private walk-way available) from Central Festival, the biggest shopping mall in Chiangmai, where you can find all you need including restaurants, a supermarket and a cinema. A 7-Eleven convenience store opening 24 hours is just next to the entrance of the condo.
