Spacious, peaceful studio apartment with pool

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

This unique place has a style all its own. Brand new stone house rebuilds from its old glory, in the village of Kathikas. Three bedrooms fully equipment kitchen with living room and beautiful yard in the middle. The house is a part of Spiti Group. Spiti in Greek means Home, all the houses are in Kathikas village.
