Godwins Lodge Cottage

Stunning character 2/3 bedroom cottage in beautiful location, backing onto National trust land, near Streatley in Berkshire. Close to the river and lovely pubs, restaurants and walks. Full of country charm and character. Painstakingly refurbished and newly furnished and equipped throughout to the highest of standards. 2 bedrooms plus comfy sofa bed in sitting room. The kitchen has an oak dining table for eight, and opens out to the terrace, with outdoor dining and enclosed, dog safe garden.

Oakwood Cottage

Quiet, spacious double bed room in attic with en suite shower and toilet. Modern velux windows with blinds, plenty of storage space. Access via paddle staircase (not suitable for people with mobility problems). House is in private road in middle of village very close to all amenities including shops, cafes, pubs/restaurants, River Thames, Thames Path, train station. Close to Oxford, Henley, Reading, London, National Trust land and properties! Please note: I do not accept pets of any sort!

Goring River Retreat with Gym and Wellness area

Situated in the heart of Goring, enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants and cafes from this perfectly located home. Within the grounds of one of Goring's iconic old houses, this newly built annex is a stones throw from the river and just a 10min walk from the train station. There is ample parking onsite, with free car charging. We can provide extras to enhance your stay inc, laundry facilities, private gym, ice-bath and sauna; as well as Personal Training, SUP hire/lessons and yoga.

A relaxing retreat close to the Thames.

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

Converted 1941 Howitzer Trailer found on a farm, lovingly converted to a home from home. Recently changed to run using Solar Energy. Contains King size bed, kitchen with convection microwave oven & grill, induction hob, fridge with freezer box, bathroom with full size shower, electric heating, TV & WIFI. Armchairs, folding table and chairs. Small patio area with barbeque and loungers, parking for one car. Rural location with views over open fields. Small village with shop and pub.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Private Annex En suite Double Room (Dog Friendly)

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

The Lodge at River Acres in Moulsford is just the place to reset, relax and forget all your worries. Set in beautiful grounds, with the River Thames at the end of the lawn. Sit and relax by the river with a glass of wine, watching the boats go by and looking out for wildlife. Free fresh eggs from our own chickens are provided for your breakfast. We have our own tennis court for you to play on at no extra cost, and we loan raquets and balls.

Our annexe is light and spacious and people have told me the photographs do not do it justice!! We are just 2 minutes walk to a lovely local thatched pub, and a couple of minutes drive to other restaurants and dining, public transport and family-friendly activities in the centre of Pangbourne which has a station (trains to London take 35 mins via Reading) It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families with children.
