If you’re looking for a mountain paradise getaway, come stay at the Cottage at Paradise Hollow Farm! Nestled beside a babbling brook (originating from springs on the property) that meanders and feeds into the lake. Watch horses graze from the porch, beautiful sunrises/sunsets, spring/summer firefly shows, rolling hillsides frequently spotted with cattle, beautiful fall foliage, nice trails with rock outcroppings, a small waterfall, and a fallen original homestead. Peaceful country living near Philpott Lake. Outdoors trails, hunting and fishing. Near Blue Ridge Parkway, National and State parks. Enjoy the nature in a very private, quiet cottage. Very clean non smoking, 65" TV/home theatre, WI-FI , Wood Burning Stove, and outdoor fire pit (wood provided) for your enjoyment. Come and distress yourself at Hope Haven Cottage. Pets: We welcome pets. If you have more than 2 pets, please contact us for approval. There is a pet fee of $50 for the entire stay.

Kibler Valley Cabin

Our cabin is located in the picturesque Kibler Valley just over the Virginia state line. It is equidistant from Mt Airy, NC and Stuart, VA. It is located directly on the Dan River, just down the mountain from it's headwaters. The property sits 4 miles down a 6.5 mile dead-end road. At the end of the road is a hydro-electric power plant. During the summer months Northbrook releases water from the dam on week-ends, depending on resevior levels, which makes for fantastic kayaking and tubing.

Miss Lillian's House

This ancestral farm house with its heart of pine flooring is nestled in the rolling foothills of the Virginia Piedmont on a beautiful 600-acre VA Century Farm which has been in the same family since just after the Civil War. Now owned and operated by three sisters, one a CPA, one a retired public school principal, and one a pastor of a local Methodist Church. The farm hosts Angus cattle, deer, turkeys, small creeks, a fish pond and is ideal for hiking, or just peace of mind.

This cozy cabin is tucked in private woods, yet steps away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 2 epic hiking trails, a winery and mountain & road biking options. If you opt to hop in a car, you are 5 minutes away from a 2nd winery, scenic overlooks, or a zipline adventure. The snug cabin offers a small, but very functional kitchen, a wide main porch with a charming view, and an outdoor upper balcony. The property is surrounded by woods, a small meadow and springs ripe for exploration.
