Beach & Lagoon Front! Views of the ocean from all decks and the kitchen/great room. 3 min walk to the beach. This house is centrally located to everything Santa Cruz has to offer. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious layout with a large eat-in kitchen, great room, formal dining room, living room with fireplace, along with an outside deck with a fire pit This house is ideal for family get-togethers. There is nothing like sitting around the fire and listening to the waves crash on the beach.

Amazing Seabright Beach Cottage

Classic and sweet Santa Cruz cottage. This is literally our Grandma's beach house. 3 bedroom home that is 2 doors away from one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs and 1 full downstairs. Could be described as "shabby chic" but we see it as the adorable original rustic vacation house it was built as and has been its whole 130 years. The kitchen is updated but maintains it's old charm. The rest (aside from the addition of indoor plumbing) is still pretty much the same.

Curl up with a book in your red leather armchair in the beautiful living room featuring down, Restoration Hardware furnishings and a gas burning fireplace. In the evening, take a seat on your private patio beneath a leafy pergola and enjoy a glass of wine at this historic, Spanish-style casita. Some of the BEST bakeries, natural grocery stores, wine tasting, beaches and restaurants are all a short walk/bike ride or drive away xx

Palo Alto cement ship, picnic on the beach, or dip in the ocean. Our cottage offers comfort with a beachy feel. We take great care in the comfort and safety of our guests.
