Located on Des Moines area bike trails, over 550 miles of bike/walking paths. Only 10 - 15 minutes from Drake University, Downtown Des Moines, Grandview University, I -235, and 3 different shopping malls and movie theaters. Equally close to many beautiful parks.

400 square foot apartment in 10 unit building built in a U shape with courtyard in the middle. Easy parking right off 37th Street and walk right in at street level, no stairs. Cozy apartment with living room, kitchen and queen bed. Fully furnished with TV and wifi for easy living while you work in Des Moines. Airbnb allowed a guest that we had to remove to leave a review that tanked the rating on this unit. Anything we can do to accommodate a comfortable stay certainly let me know.

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.
