The cottage is nestled in the little community of Port Blandford and is steps away from Clode Sound. Sprucewood is conveniently located to enjoy many activities regardless of season, including Terra Nova Park and Golf Resort, White Hills Ski Resort, Newfoundland T'railway and sightseeing in Trinity.

Nestled in the heart of Port Blandford near the Terra Nova National Park, Terra Nova Golf resort and the Port Blandford Marina are these beautiful 1 bedroom cabins. These cabins have all the amenities of home including a full bathroom, kitchenette and wifi. These cabins are very comfortable for couples and even small families with bunk beds that are ideal for kids. On site we have an outdoor cookhouse, fire pit, BBQ grills, takeout/Snack shack.

Private apartment with waterfront location, (no kitchen but there is a fridge, microwave, toaster oven & BBQ) located next to Terra Nova National Park, golf course, and trailway; walking distance to AppleFest Festival, local swimming hole & wharf; 20 minute drive to Clarenville and White Hills Ski Resort. Can sleep up to six people (2 bedrooms, one double, one queen, and a futon). Dog friendly. Private entrance. We also have a fire pit, and private enclosed Hot Tub that you can use.

Enjoy a fire in the firepit, or choose to explore the pond in our kayaks- there is so much beauty to see! There are also many popular hiking trails in the area! $40 pet fee required for pets. Whether you're here for a tournament, to enjoy our beautiful ski hill or to avail of Clarenville's many amenities, Cozy Corner Apartment will be your home away from home. Our suite boasts 1 spacious bedroom but can sleep 4, an open concept living area and a fully equipped bathroom. We offer parking for 2 to 4 vehicles and a comfortable outside space where you can relax after a day of exploring.

Home to some of the best Salmon Fishing and Trout Fishing on the island as well as endless miles of logging and resource roads for recreation vehicles. Snowshoes available at the cabin.
