La Casa Lorenz est un immeuble d'habitation récemment construit, situé dans la station de ski d'Alba, dans le Val di Fassa du Trentin. L'appartement de 42 m² se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, d'une chambre ainsi que d'une salle de bains et peut donc accueillir 4 personnes. Les équipements supplémentaires comprennent le Wi-Fi permet des appels vidéo, une machine à laver et un local pour le rangement des skis.
