Extensive Suite of 43sqm consisting of an entrance (ground floor) with double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with large shower. The access to the common areas of the house is direct. The Suite offers 2 LCD TV 32 "(one per room) with TvSat and digital TV as well as free Wi-Fi. Our house is located in an ancient village of 700 built in stone and surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The garden is at the disposal of guests who will enjoy recliner for relaxing in the green, outdoor tables for breakfast or other meals, barbecue, terrace. Breakfast is served in a cozy dining room or, if the weather permits, on the patio or in the garden (at the discretion of guests), we serve a complimentary continental typically rich in organic products with a wide selection of jams, honey, fruit juices or centrifuges. On request we can serve english breakfast. At any time of the day our guests can freely use the espresso machine (Nespresso) or tea and herbal teas. In addition to their own accommodation you can access the common areas such as the large living room with fireplace or terraces. The entire hotel has been recently renovated and despite having preserved the original architectural features of the Ligurian villages have been implemented technological systems dedicated to energy saving and the comfort. The hot water is provided by a modern and efficient solar panels and the lighting is largely provided by LED lights at very low power consumption. Unsecured Private Parking is free for guests and the possibility of storage for bicycles. Our house is located just minutes from the Golf Club of Garland and the tennis club. Monolocale indipendente giardino

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. Monolocale con cucina e zona notte, con un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto. L appartamento si trova nel giardino di un casa indipendente, gli spazi esterni, con zona pranzo e barbecue, all aperto sono a disposizione degli ospiti. Adiacente all appartamento si trova la casa di famiglia con ingresso separato, la nostra Ninni (pastore tedesco) vi accoglierà calorosamente. Il parcheggio è disponibile gratuitamente davanti casa.
